I’m Breanna Simkins, your passionate P.R.O.C.E.S.S.™ Coach, Early Childhood Education consultant, and faith-driven leader dedicated to equipping parents, educators, and Kids Ministry teams with practical tools that bring calm, clarity, and connection. With over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I am state-certified and a STARS state-approved trainer, specializing in child development, classroom management, emotional regulation, and behavior support. My approach blends research-based strategies, real-life application, and Christ-centered coaching that meets adults right where they are.I am also a wife, mother, and Kids Ministry pastor, with a deep passion for families and worship, I enjoy teaching and writing music that points hearts back to God. This unique blend of professional expertise and ministry experience allows me to speak with both authority and compassion, whether I’m training educators, coaching parents, or equipping ministry teams to lead children with confidence and grace.Through my P.R.O.C.E.S.S.™ framework, I help fun-loving parents and educators who feel burnt out, overstimulated, and overwhelmed move from survival mode to feeling equipped, confident, and connected.
